Currently handling the Azure infrastructure operations for a AUS based Leading Bank. Managing a Onsite/offshore team of nearly 20 members who support workloads in IaaS, Finops, Prisma Cloud, PaaS instances respectively. The team consists of various skillsets and technologies like Windows, Linux, AKS and Devops, Service Management,database etc.Was also actively involved in the RFP process for this same engagement. Also acted as the transition and on boarding manager for the same engagement before taking over the complete delivery management.
