ABOUT AVRIL JAMES RSA FINSTAM

Hello, I am a fully qualified virtual PA with a Higher Diploma In Administrative Procedures (HDAP). I am also a Fellow of the Institute of Administration Management (IAM) and was a finalist in the West Midlands PA Awards 2019, 2020 and 2024 Independent VA of the Year Award. I have had a long career in administration, bookkeeping, and secretarial roles with both large and small businesses. I love working with smaller business owner or business professionals at home. I successfully ran a small children\'s activity charity for five years. I have run my own business for eleven years now. I find my clients are mostly time-poor, busy entrepreneurs, who need an extra bit of help without taking on a full-time employee. I would like to be your go-to person, who can take care of your TO DO LIST by carrying out the administrative tasks you hate doing and that take up too much of your time. I can help you manage your time, budget, and administration.I have worked for both large and small businesses. My clients are theatres, property developers, employment agencies, marketing agencies, a golf pro, a Will Writer, psychologist, a Website designer, and Gardener and I work well with tradespeople. I was a School Governor at Whitnash Primary School where I enjoyed supporting the education of our young people. Giving 5 years of support and left at the end of my term after being Vice Chair for 12 months. I also offer a Wedding PA service to help you to ensure that you are prepared and that you are within your budget, supporting with wedding invitations, RSVP and hotel accommodation booking.
