Having joined Andersen in (which become part of Deloitte), Avril has spent her full career working with Deloitte in the corporation tax team in Manchester.For the past c.16 years she has focussed on transactions providing tax due diligence advice (both buy and sell side), tax structuring advice, post acquisition advice (especially to private equity backed companies) and advice on debt restructuring and corporate simplification projects. Her clients include a range of private equity and corporate clients.
