With over two decades of software engineering experience, I am the Senior Director of Engineering and Site Leader for Engineering in Atlanta at PagerDuty, a leading provider of digital operations management solutions. I have a strong background in software design, implementation, and testing, as well as infrastructure development and process definition. I also have extensive experience in managing large teams and providing hands-on technical leadership. I hold an MS in Computer Science from Arizona State University and several certifications.At PagerDuty, I lead the engineering teams for AIOps, a product that leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance event management and incident response. I am also responsible for the large-scale event ingestion systems, and the AIOps consumption SKU for metering customer events. I have delivered several brand-new product offerings within AIOps, such as Intelligent Alert Grouping and Event Orchestration. I have also scaled the event ingestion system 20X, set up the Lisbon office in Portugal, and participated in M&A due diligence. I work with geo-distributed teams across North America, South America, and Europe, and I enjoy mentoring and growing people to senior levels. My mission is to empower and enable software delivery teams to deliver high-quality services and experiences.
