Since 2024, the scope expanded to include APAC, supporting strategic development and client engagement across the markets.Key responsibilities and accomplishments:• Develop and implement comprehensive training initiatives for illy’s distributor networks, covering sales, marketing, and technical operations, to guarantee uniform understanding and execution of the brand’s values, service model, and quality protocols;• Develop a comprehensive quality assurance program that ensured shared responsibility in meeting the highest standards of quality;• Work closely with distributors to organize and deliver events with clients and potential clients;• Conduct visits to the Region for quality monitoring and management, as well as events and educational activities.

I am passionate about food and hiking. When it comes to food, it\'s not only about the eating experience, but everything around it: rituals, social dynamics, discovering new ingredients and flavours, as well as their combination. Learning is my fuel, and I do so by diving into new experiences: new dishes, new countries, new cultures, new languages. My learning agility meets my curiosity and creativity, and even if I have felt more confident in the eating rather than in the cooking, I always embrace a new challenge.As a hiking enthusiast I am comfortable planning long trails, which reward my endurance and perseverance. I plan regular stops, not necessarily in mountain huts with hot food and iced beverages, but rather at panoramic spots. The evolving perspective during a hike boosts my energy, because you can observe the route you\'ve already covered and at the same time the path in front of you, as well as new angles and trails. The geometry of the mountain peaks impresses me every time, as a stunning, bigger and organized frame protecting all things up there. Planning a hike, just as much as developing a project, calls for adaptation, backup solutions and preparation to unforeseen events. Leading a hike, just as much as managing a project, also calls for motivation, teamwork and recurring snack breaks.or reviews and rewards.My attitude towards my passions is mirrored by my dedication and sense of responsibility at work, where my loyalty towards the organization, my colleagues and our partners is paramount.
