As a co-leader of Baker Tilly’s international pursuit strategy team, I help our firm win new business and deepen existing relationships by elevating proposal quality, fostering cross-functional collaboration and bringing our brand experience to life. Our work was recognized globally as a finalist for the 2023 Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) ‘Bid Team of the Year’ award. I’ve guided team members through mergers, rapid expansion and tech adoption — always working to make change constructive and empowering. I embrace innovation, including AI, to drive efficiencies and redirect time toward the work that creates the greatest value. With a mini-MBA from Abilitie, a Master’s in Communication from Marquette University, and advanced certifications in proposal management and AI prompt engineering, I bring a broad perspective to problem-solving.
