At my last role as a Senior Director of Product Management at Exotel Techcom Pvt Ltd, I championed the transformation of pure platform offerings into modern, cloud-based SaaS products and applications. I have built and managed diverse portfolios, covering Voice Platform & Products, Blended APIs, Integrations, Developer Experience, and Enterprise Adoption. I have scaled cash cow products to 3X volumes, built zero to one products and got them the required product-led growth and adoption, merged product roadmaps as part of company’s mergers & acquisitions, and mentored an amazing team of product managers. I am an MBA from IIM Bangalore, and B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from NIT Jalandhar.
