A few words on who I am and what I care about -Learning from and collaborating with innovative technology partners to make new products, especially when it’s related to Cell and Gene Therapy manufacturing tools that could make treatments more accessible to patients.Creating a “shared brain” for all teams working on our products to have a unified vision and understanding of why we are doing what we are doing.Balancing today’s needs with tomorrow’s goals and proposing bold solutions to be able to do both.
