ABOUT AVNEETI SINGH

Avneeti Singh works at the intersection of healthcare data analytics and management at Analytica, where she delivers strategic data analytics and operational support within the Defense Health Agency (DHA). In this role, she helps optimize the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of the Military Health System (MHS) through initiatives spanning clinical, data, and administrative domains. Her work includes building dashboards, analyzing performance trends, ensuring quality measurement methodology and developing executive deliverables that support leadership in driving readiness, policy compliance, and resource allocation. She partners with interagency teams to design data-driven strategies that strengthen decision-making, while ensuring compliance with DoD, HIPAA, and FISMA standards.Avneeti holds a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) with a Specialization in Health Informatics from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She also holds a Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM). She graduated with honors from William & Mary with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Minor in Data Science. Her academic and professional background integrates health informatics, policy, health economics, and data science. She has built a strong foundation in statistical modeling, policy analysis, economic evaluation, and health services research.Previously, Avneeti worked at the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), where she supported the development and refinement of national healthcare quality measures. Her work leveraged data analytics and informatics to advance health equity, optimize performance, and align with federal program requirements. At Johns Hopkins, she served as a Research Assistant, leading projects on structural determinants of health—including housing and income—while developing EHR-integrated dashboards and risk stratification tools. She also supported Army behavioral health and readiness initiatives at TRADOC, where she analyzed DoD and VA data to flag risks and inform resilience programs deployed across Army installations.With hands-on experience across MHS, CDC, CMS, VA, and NCQA HEDIS data, Avneeti is committed to advancing evidence-based strategies that improve care delivery, reduce disparities, and support health system readiness. She is particularly drawn to roles at the intersection of health informatics, defense health, public policy, and analytics—where data becomes not just a reporting tool, but a driver of lasting, equitable impact.
