Job Responsibilities: • Conducts material reconciliation and tracks consumption against estimated quantities to minimize wastage.• Assists in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for various civil components.• Champions a strong safety culture on site, conducts daily toolbox talks, and ensures strict adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) usage and safe work procedures.• Identifies and mitigates potential safety hazards, conducts regular safety audits, and addresses non-compliance immediately.• Ensures all civil construction activities comply with relevant Indian building codes, environmental regulations, and client-specific safety standards.• Maintains accurate records of safety incidents and near-misses, contributing to root cause analysis and preventive measures.• Prepares and submits daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports detailing work accomplished, manpower utilization, material status, and challenges faced.• Maintains comprehensive site records, including daily diaries, measurement books, material receipt logs, and client correspondence.• Participates in client meetings, presenting progress updates and addressing queries related to civil works.
