Delegates administration of all systems used in Treasury, including the treasury management system, online bank portals, TrackerPro, and other applications. Supports Treasury daily operations, investigation into failed payments, the cancellation of checks via Sagent systems, and other organizational duties. Oversees treasury management processes and system enhancements, upgrades, new product implementations and system conversions, as well as organizational projects as they relate to treasury management operations. Performed monthly audits of ACH and wire transactions across business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards; prepared and delivered detailed audit reports to the Compliance department. Performed monthly bank account reconciliations by comparing bank portal data with treasury management systems, identifying inactive accounts, and assessing account purpose to recommend closures in alignment with treasury optimization strategies.
