ABOUT AVIV DAVID

As an Ivey HBA student, I aspire to become a business leader who can identify innovative solutions to complex challenges. I have a diverse skill set spanning the areas of finance, market research, data analytics, and customer relationship management (CRM).In the summer of 2023, I had the opportunity to work as a Business Development Analyst at Elvy.ai, a low capital technology startup in Tel Aviv, Israel. I cooperated with the CFO on various finance-related operations, such as reducing overhead costs, preparing summaries of investment opportunities, and designing pricing models. I also evaluated three new markets to increase sales and consumer base throughout North America. This experience exposed me to an international corporate environment and a cutting-edge technology sector.Before that, I worked with Mondevo, a small real estate development company in Vancouver, BC, as an Acquisitions Analyst and Development Intern. I led the company\'s multifamily development acquisitions analytics using advanced software, prepared weekly reports, and controlled CRM software (ZOHO) and real estate development software (Auto-prop). I successfully identified 135 potential development acquisition sites, crafted and delivered compelling acquisition proposals, and conducted thorough inspections of newly constructed condominium units. This experience enhanced my analytical, communication, and project management skills.I am passionate about learning from diverse perspectives and experiences, and I am committed to excellence in everything I do. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to inspire and lead my team members, and I have received multiple academic honors, such as the Huron Scholarship of Excellence and the Dean\'s Honor List.
