As a Project Manager at Homeport, I lead the design and construction of 50-meter private yachts in collaboration with shipyards in Italy and Turkey. My role combines a strong design background with hands-on project management, bridging the creative and technical sides of yacht building.With a foundation in transportation and marine design, I bring a deep understanding of aesthetics, materials, and user experience into the construction process. I oversee every stage, from concept development and design coordination to production oversight, quality control, and delivery, ensuring each yacht reflects both the owner’s vision and the highest standards of craftsmanship.My work focuses on aligning innovation, design intent, and build precision, delivering distinctive, well-crafted vessels that embody excellence in both form and function.
