   Working on conversational AI problems- Generative AI initiatives with GPT-4, chatGPT and open source LLMs WIP - Data efficiency and overhaul of Haptik\'s intent model Worked on modernising Haptik\'s intent detection system with an eye towards data efficiency to reduce bot building time. New training paradigm is 3X more efficient than existing system translating to equivalent gains in time to value for Haptik customers- Document question answering Lead the development effort for the launch of Haptik\'s question answering offering known as document point and shoot, that uses state of the art deep learning methods as it\'s backend. Delivered first iteration to production in less than two months- Generative models to drive Dialogue Policy Experimented with T5 models (T5 base and T5 small) to train generative dialogue policies for Haptik bots. The approach provided a 5% gain to all freeform conversations in the largest customer bots of Haptik.
