A solution driven technology leader and team player with over 20 years of overall experience in delivering enterprise applications - Close to 10 years of experience in a leadership role. A strong believer and practitioner of servant leadership - Hands-on technical experience of more than 15 years across different layers of full stack- Close to 12 years of working in Agile and scaled agile environment. Have worked as a Scrum team, Scrum Master and Scrum coach. Driven Agile transformation for various units in the organisation- Rich expertise in driving strategic initiatives with respect to product roadmap and identifying areas of product improvement- Strong experience in setting up new topics end to end. Examples : Setting up a mobile application development group for Engineering IT group in the current organisation- Hands on-experience in taking topics through the pre-project phase and bringing them into project phase- Rich expertise in project lifecycle management including project planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting and delivery as per the quality and time norms- Strong program management skills with extensive knowledge and understanding of the various tools, methods and processes- Significant exposure in working in a cross cultural environment, primarily Indo-German.
