I am a Senior Project Lead with 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise retail technology platforms, including POS and cashier billing systems used by large retailers such as malls and hypermarkets.Currently at Intellect Design Arena, I work on iRetail 6DX, a high-volume retail billing & POS product, where I own end-to-end client change requests from requirement analysis and impact assessment to release planning and production rollout. I act as the primary coordination point between clients, product teams, engineering, QA, and infrastructure to ensure predictable delivery in transaction-intensive environments.I bring a strong combination of delivery leadership and deep SQL expertise, enabling me to drive data validation, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and issue resolution across billing, cashiering, and transaction modules.Prior to this role, I worked on payment platforms (UPI & Card systems) and consumer-scale applications, including initiatives that delivered ~60% infrastructure cost savings through database and performance optimization while maintaining production stability.I am interested in Senior Project Lead / Delivery Lead roles within Retail Tech, POS platforms, merchant systems, and payment-driven products, where ownership, scale, and execution excellence are valued.
