In my current organization I am working as Personal banker in Yes Bank in retail branch banking.As an Deputy manager in my current position I am liable for different type of deliverables and generate reports required in retail branch on daily basis.As a responsible banker I am handling the customer walkin in the branch premises and give prompt solutions to their queries and processing customer intstruction and try to cross sell and generate lead for revenue generation for the branch to meet branch target.As an important part of banking operations I am also processing different types of non cash transactions including FD/RD booking,NEFT/RTGS, New cheque book request,Insta Debit card issuance, locker issuance,death claim processing,stop payment,account closure request etc.I am also certified from IRDAI and get SP code for insurance business.I am looking for a job change in banking operations for better opportunity and higher salary package where I can contribute my abilities and skills to the organization.
