Scrutiny of Loan documents and Bank documents provided by client Planning, coordination and control on underwriting decisions on lending proposals. Presentation of credit appraisal report to Bank credit committees on behalf of the clients on periodic basis for sanction of line of credit availing additional line of credit and managing the entire documentation. MIS and Financial Analysis Regulatory Reporting Prepare various regulatory returns like Form A,ALE,RAQ,RBS Tranches etc. Providing monthly and adhoc data requirement of complaince as well as RBI. Process improvement for preparation of returns. Compute and analyse the ratios of the bank and sent to the top management. Review of Capital Adequacy, and sector classification for Balance sheet Preparation. Prepared various internal report as required by management as well as internal stakeholder. Keep an eye on RBI Circulars and guidelines and ensure implementation / compliance on all matters including Basel / IRAC/PSL. Timely and accurately preparation of MIS, Preperation of Branch/Unit profitability, Cordination in Preperation of Financial Budget,Preparation of Board/ACB Notes, Coordinate in preperation of Various Policies of the Bank. Data extract with SQL as well as oracle database.
