I am an Assistant Project Manager at The Adecco Group, with a Master\'s degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Jain (Deemed-to-be University). I have a passion for streamlining business operations, creating innovative solutions, and enabling data-driven decision making. In my current role, I spearhead the implementation of the SAP Integrated Front Office, a project that has improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the Permanent Placement business in India for 300 people. I also collaborate with the India Leadership Team on national projects, introducing new working methods and tools that enhance productivity and performance. I have received multiple awards and recognition for my contributions, including the Process Champion Award in 2022 and Q2 Best Performer 2023. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in different business lines and roles through rotational assignments as a Management Trainee.
