About Avinash Shimoga Ganesh
With 20+ years of IT experience, I have worked on diverse technologies aligning Customers to the service offerings of the Organization. I am currently working with Telco Solutions in HPE - driving 5G orchestration initiatives using HPE NFV-Director and HPE Service Director. My work includes managerial and technical duties which help understand customer/business needs, propose business cases, work with the Technical team to perform a feasibility study and deliver services. In my previous roles, I was involved in discussions with customers to understand their needs, setup, support, and use the orchestration products. I have worked with Professional Services - Helion Openstack. My work involved System integration/customization/development of services. Adhoc requests involved working on wide range of requests starting from Pre-Sales, POC\'s, Development, Customization, Testing, Demo\'s etc.I have worked extensively on Performance/Fault Monitoring of Networks of different Customers with wide range of network devices. Experience of working on the Correlation of Alarms and Server/Application Monitoring is an added advantage to make it complete in the Service Assurance stack. I have worked on Rack n Stack by racking components into the enclosure and cabling, configuration of HP 5930, 5900 TOR\'s, HP 3PAR configuration, ESXi installation/configuration, OA configuration and ILO configurations.My main areas of interests are: orchestration, Hybrid/Private Cloud, OpenStack, CloudFoundry, Linux Kernels, System Integration, Python, Fault and Performance Monitoring, Java, Chef.
