I\'m quick to train, slow to negativity, and genuinely happy to serve my colleagues as we serve the business and its customers. At Comcast, I didn\'t just manage a data center. I ran one of the best in the country. My team earned the highest audit scores across all measurable metrics — nationally. We delivered world-class SLAs, top-tier customer support, and flawless 24/7 operations across three national facilities. I led a team of 12 engineers, managed over $4 million in inventory, and oversaw a quarterly budget of approximately $1 million — all while coordinating complex installations, cooling systems, fire protection upgrades, and daily senior leadership reporting. That experience taught me something critical: infrastructure has to evolve when the workload demands it. That evolution is happening right now — and it\'s called AI. Today, as Director of Operations at EZ Blockchain, I manage large-scale data center infrastructure across multiple states. The power density, thermal management, and energy optimization disciplines I\'ve built my career on are the exact same skills that AI compute infrastructure demands — just at a higher intensity than most operators have ever seen. High-density racks. Liquid cooling. Aggressive energy cost management. Demand response. These aren\'t new concepts to me. They\'re what I do every day.
