About Aviral Roy

Aviral is an IIT Madras & IIM Ahmedabad alumnus with 12 years of progressive experience in strategy & operations roles across engineering, e-commerce, food delivery, logistics, fintech and SaaS sectors. Aviral started his career as a part of an accelerated leadership development program at Eaton, working across their automotive and aerospace divisions. Post his MBA, he has worked in leading consumer tech companies including Amazon, Zomato & Delivery Hero in various leadership roles. Aviral has also spent two years as an entrepreneur, where he founded a SaaS startup disrupting the media & advertising space. In his most recent role, Aviral was the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at Navi, a fintech unicorn, driving key initiatives such as the launch of Navi\'s payments (UPI) product as well as working on various M&A transactions including the sale of Navi\'s microfinance arm.
