ABOUT AVIRAL SRIVASTAVA
My scientific voyage unknowingly began when I was in 5th standard. I remember my school had just formed an “Astronomy Club” and we were being taught Astronomy Lessons. Somehow, for reasons unknown those lessons took me to the unprecedented world of Science, a mysterious world from which coming out was physically not possible because if I had tried then I would have broken the cosmic speed limit! As I explored my endeavour further I realised that there is much more than I had thought and with the passage of time one could observe my interest in basic science diverging to encompass all domains of Science. I am avidly interested in String Theory, quantum and modified theories of gravity, high energy physics, black holes, and particle physics. I also share an interest in Biophysics. I have published a research paper on The Uncertainty Principle in quantum mechanics. Further, I had participated in the International Asteroid Search Campaign, wherein I made preliminary discoveries of objects in the Asteroid Belt between Mars and Jupiter.
