I am an ACA, with a Masters in Corporate Finance. With over 10 years of experience spread across audit, accounting and transaction services, having previously working at Deloitte, UK, I currently lead a team of finance and accounting professionals which provides a complete suite of pre and post deal acquisition services, including valuations, modelling, diligence and financial and management accounting (post acquisition).I have supported various large-cap and mid-cap clients, including Blackstone, KKR, GIC, Axa and Realty Income as well as other corporates across multiple sectors.Separately, I also look after sourcing deals in the SME space across the UK and Europe for Opulentia Capital (PE fund).
