With 12 years of IT experience, Avinesh is passionate and proficient in Robotics and Intelligent Automation having key focus on industry leading tools such as UiPath and PowerAutomate. In his current role, he is responsible for driving Digital Transformation initiatives for Consumer and Community Banking in JP Morgan Chase & Co. Prior to JP Morgan, Avinesh worked as RPA Manager at Axtria India Private Limited, a global provider of cloud software and data analytics for the life sciences industry. He managed 10 member team dedicatedly focusing on Automations for various functional areas such as Incentive Compensation, Call Plan and Alignment.Previously, Avinesh led the end-to-end delivery of RPA and Group Tax Web applications in Volvo Group with hands-on expertise in UiPath, VB Scripting, C# and Python. He had the privilege of leading both one-time development team and run-time support team and delivered successful automations for Purchase-To-Pay, Record-To-Report, Order-To-Cash and various other business units across APAC, EMEA and Americas. In 2019, Avinesh traveled to Curitiba, Brazil and delivered successful automations for \'Volvo Do Brasil\' which was well appreciated and recognized considering the complex tax structures (in Brazil).Since 2018, Avinesh is working with executive clients to define project parameters and goals, and strategize effective solutions that meet business objectives. He also leverage data analysis skills to mitigate risk and ensure proper solution planning and delivery. He enjoys leading cross-functional teams with business, technological, and financial components, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Through out his career he has maintained high standards of project deliveries which were measured in-terms of cost, timeliness and quality.Avinesh also holds a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org, demonstrating knowledge and skills in agile methodologies and project management.
