I have a master\'s degree in human resource management and a domain expertise in HR operations and analytics. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked across different regions, cultures, and functions. In my current role, I support the growth and development of NVIDIA\'s talent by conducting the onboarding and induction for new hires, managing the exit process for departing employees, and providing HR indicators and analysis for the India region. I am also the single point of contact for any HR-related queries and issues for the employees and managers in my region. I use Workday system to perform HRIS actions and maintain employee records.
