ABOUT AVINASH SINGH

Avinash has over two decades of rich experience in the areas of Global Cross Border Collaboration, Software Product Development, Offshore Outsourcing and Professional Services. He has over the years honed skills in M&A, General Management, Sales Leadership, Change Management, Negotiation, Branding and Marketing, Human Relations and People Management as well as managing complex and Global P & Ls.He is currently the CEO of GDB Circular MN which is a premium Plastic Recycling Facility based in Rogers,MN.He has a deep understanding of Building Sustainable Circular Economy Solutions. Plastic Recycling, Advanced Manufacturing and Automation, Viral Marketing, Semantic Search Frameworks, Mobile Applications, Web 2.0 Concepts and their application to socio-behavior patterns of various customer demographics.He has made multiple investments in technology companies in the Indo-US corridor. He is a Co-Owner of Destar Inc. and SystemGuru Inc. He also runs his family office - Excel Capital Ventures Pte. which invests in the Indo-US corridor.Avinash was a founding member of Birlasoft and was primarily responsible for the initial setup and growth of the company. As Chief Operating Officer, Avinash was responsible for global operations across the USA, Europe, APAC and Middle East markets. He played a pivotal and cogent role in growing the company prior to leaving to start his own ventures. He is known to be a dynamic and passionate leader who led the organization through various transformations to what is today a respected Global Solutions company. He was responsible for acquiring a number of significant customers including GE, Metlife, Monster, Citibank, CSFB, etc. He has an entrepreneurial management style and is a strategic thinker with the ability to take a Vision from concept/strategy to reality through focused Execution.He has experience dealing with C Level and Board Executives of Fortune 500 companies globally.Member: Harvard Business School Alumni Network (Class Secretary), DEI APAC (North America Co-ordinator), and part of various other networking forums.
