My work revolves around owning the backlog, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the product strategy aligns with business goals and customer needs.I work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, solution architects, and engineering teams to translate complex business problems into scalable, user-focused solutions. From roadmap planning and feature prioritization to backlog grooming and sprint execution, I manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple product lines.A typical day includes defining epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, planning quarterly objectives, and ensuring stories are aligned with broader product OKRs. I actively participate in PI planning and lead the tracking of quarterly scopes — categorizing them into in-progress, completed, and yet-to-start — while working with delivery managers and scrum teams to remove blockers.I also play a crucial role in release planning — ensuring every functional and technical piece aligns with timelines and business readiness. I\'m responsible for functional and UAT testing coordination, production validation, risk flagging, and stakeholder demos before each release.To support leadership and portfolio teams, I contribute to budget estimations, effort planning, and cross-product alignment reviews.
