Currently serving as Production Manager since February 2024.• Ambadi is a leading global exporter and manufacturer of home furnishings and decor, affiliated with the renowned Murugappa Group.• Manage and evaluate entire production process- in-house production and contract manufacturing• Ensuring continual updates of Bill of Materials (BOM)• Ensure high volume production with good use of space and people• Monitoring of each plant productivity (Production, Wastage, and Quality).• Tracking from in-put to output on daily basis (RM to FG transfer, Work order wise).• Coordinating with all the departments in the plant regarding effective utilization of all resources (4M).• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet regulatory and quality standards, working closely with the QA/QC team.• Inventory management of RM, WIP and FG.• Proactive coordination with marketing w.r.t. business requirements.• Coordinate with Purchase team for Raw Material• Dispatch plan to be given to Logistics and Dispatch team• Liquidation of non-moving stocks.• Timely submission of monthly MIS to management as per schedule• Balancing machine/loom operations according to available orders and articles for optimal resource utilization.• Monitoring shift schedules and facilitating manpower movement across units.
