ABOUT AVINASH MISHRA

As a researcher entrepreneur, I and my team currently focus on the computational biology domain with a specialization in \"Drug Discovery\". Our main aim is to facilitate experimental biologists with computational techniques to improve the quality of research. We designed and developed an empirical method to develop an in-silico drug discovery platform: A complete package for accelerating the Drug Discovery process. The technology works on efficient algorithms including machine learning and AI involvement. We are working on transforming our empirical method to AI-based learning techniques to improve the accuracy for the prediction.As a company we are continuously involved in research, clinical and healthcare data for analysis and application development. We are working with clinicians to design powerful tools for disease prediction. As per my training, I am comfortable with statistical modeling and storage + interpretation of data. I worked on High Performance Computing environment to design and implement algorithm.
