Currently, I am serving as the Senior Manager (India head)- Talent Acquisition at Conga, one of the fastest-growing SaaS-based IT product companies (Revenue Lifecycle Management/ CLM/CPQ). In this role, I am responsible for recruitment of both lateral hires from industry and freshers from universities across a range of cutting-edge technologies for multiple departments of Engineering, Delivery, IT and Support. Apart from leading a team of Recruiters, my core responsibilities include stakeholder management across India and the USA, ensuring the quality and timely recruitment of top talent in India. Also, my responsibilities include aligning recruitment strategies with business needs, sourcing candidates across various channels, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process to support Conga\'s rapid growth.
