An IIT Madras grad, I’ve worked across payroll, workflow automation, expense management, payments, lending, and partnerships—across B2B and B2C. Currently, I’m driving the product charter at JISR HR, shaping solutions that simplify HR and payroll at scale. Previously at Rippling, I led key initiatives in Global Payroll—launching tax capabilities across geographies, supporting US tax filings, and improving India Payroll to boost sales confidence. At Razorpay, I scaled products 10x, unlocked monetisation opportunities, improved CSAT, and grew Razorpay Capital’s lending arm 10x in just a year.
