Knowledge in areas of SAP MM, Intergration with SD-MM-FI, Inter STO process, Subcontracting, Consignment, Service procurement, IDOCS, VIM,ARIBA. Responsibilities- • Worked on All major areas like Master Data, Purchasing, Release Strategy, Output Determination, Inv. Management, Travel & expense Management, Service Procurement, Inter Com STOS, Intra STOs.• Cross trained in SAP MM & SAP SD Modules- Provided support for all incidents raised by the business in the Procurement area (P2P) • Working on high priority issues and solving them within SLA- Working on INC’s and RITM’s and delivering them within the SLA timeline, Usually get L3, L2 level ticket.• Tickets usually related to, Account determination error, GR error, Su debit, credit issue, SES postings, Blocked payment for vendors, T&E module issue related to workflow, Authorization issue for users, Workflow issue related to approvers Etc.• Monitored Service now ticketing tool and triaged all the INC’s within allocated time related to Procurement• Also Experience with issue related IDOCS, batch jobs, VIM vendor invoice management ( OpenText ) & resolution for the same. • Investigation of issues related to Authorizations for T&E report creation & approval issues. Working as change implementer to drive entire Change management Process & managing the same • Crating of New plant & Change request.Working on FDs, reparation of SIT Documents, business signoff for FDs approval for SIT, coordination with other streams so that all things will be on track to miss any deadlines, follow up for UAT wit business users then, Transports of TR form dev to PRD after all the signoff & approval with help of basis team.
