At PVR, I was part of the team that drove key acquisitions (DT Cinemas & SPI Cinemas), led negotiations with BookMyShow, Paytm, and JustDial, and managed the insurance portfolio with notable cost savings.I’ve also contributed to large-scale fundraising initiatives, including a ₹1,500+ crore raise via QIP and Rights issues, and secured ₹200+ crore in working capital facilities from 10+ banks. Currently, I head the Finance function at Grow Indigo, leading a 15-member team, where we’ve raised $10M from BII and secured INR 70 Crore in bank funding — all while closely partnering with business teams to drive growth and operational efficiency.
