I\'m in a customer service representative (Subject Matter Expert) role in Amazon. In my role I\'m responsible for handling customers who are abusers taking advantage of companies\' policies and finding out the root cause of the issue. Also, I need to help frontline associates with the policies and exceptions. From this experience, I’ve learned a lot about how to work with strategies, time, multi-tasking and how to work closely with different team members. I would say that I;m a multi-tasker as I handle customers in medium Phone, chat and emails at the same time and also help frontline associates
