Placing all trims order to nominated suppliers and arranging under planned timeline for production. Responsible for arranging FPT & GPT report under planned time line or prior to start bulk production. Approval of bulk fabric wash, shade bands, trim approval, TOP sample approval. Co-ordination with the factory and the buyer for effective production output Within planned timeline. Responsible for TNA and sharing WIP with buyer and discussing weekly basis styles progress. Arranging inspection under planned timeline and generating ASN. Co-ordination with production / warehouse to move out goods once Fi & ASN is done.
