These are multi million dollar, multi-year projects.Integrate all functional groups into an overall project team. Accountable for the overall success of the assigned projects.Prepare and complete project execution plans (safety, quality, scope, schedule, cost and performance).Develop and dissemination of the project budget to all functional groups within the team. Implementing the project within this budget and ensuring the organizational change processes are implemented.Coordinate a resource plan for each project and identify project risks, mitigation measures, exposures and opportunities that may impact the success of the subject projects.Facilitate communication channels and the issuance of reports that reflect the status and health of the assigned projects to the appropriate Management groups.Serve as the focal point for project and service activities performed by the Project execution and non-technical support groups for both internal (Environmental, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Legal, etc,) and external (FERC, PHMSA, Vendors, buyers, etc,) customers.
