Leading and building scalable Data Science solutions for the largest public sector bank in India having >450M customers.Currently focusing on Generative AI initiatives like building RAG applications for bank and fine-tuning LLMs for use cases, GPT from scratch is a big initiative for which I am managing the team.Business Growth Models- Customer-DNA and lifetime value modelling (CDNA-CLV): An umbrella project to cater for the hyper-personalization, Omni channel strategy and long-term engagement of customers by providing genuine 360° personas of 22K+ branches and 43 Million Customer personas- End2End Digital lending and product recommendations. Risk, Fraud & NPA management- Transactional Fraud prevention model: Time series and Change point detection based model to identify outlier branche to prevent fraud. It reduces False positive alerts on the monitoring side as well- Internal Risk Scoring of customers: Blended model using rule-based plus RandomForest to provide internal risk scoring for all SBI customers in the range of 0~100- NMI-Predictor model for CSP as well as Non-CSP customers- NTC model: For new to credit customers an internal score in the range of 0~4 is predicted using clustering.
