At RCT Solutions GmbH, I serve as a Project Manager, driving the execution of high-impact solar manufacturing projects across international markets. My work focuses on technical consulting, project planning, and client coordination for large-scale photovoltaic (PV) production facilities - ranging from ingot, wafer, cell, to module manufacturing. I engage closely with leading industry players to deliver turnkey solutions that meet evolving efficiency, automation, and sustainability demands.Previously, at Adani Solar, I worked as manager in technology department, leading cross-functional efforts across ingot, wafer, cell, and module technologies. I was instrumental in setting up India’s first Silicon Ingot & Wafer facility, and successfully developed/grown the country’s first 10inch gallium-doped mono-silicon ingot. I led process development for CZ mono ingot growth, technology selection for a 2 GW IW plant, and optimization of OPEX, CAPEX, and SOPs. My role spanned R&D to execution - accelerating technology integration and project delivery across international solar manufacturing lines. I led cross-functional efforts in technology and equipment benchmarking, engineering execution, and factory readiness, enabling scalable implementation of advanced photovoltaic technologies across global sites.
