Preparation of specification, estimates, tender documents & BOQ.2. Coordinating activities like tendering & bid management, contract negotiations, etc.3. Helping in the tendering process from floating of bids to awarding of contracts; coordinating with contractors with regard to techno-commercial negotiations.4. Executing contracting works and approving contractors & consultant bills.5. Execution of the job as per plan and monitoring of progress and checking of work quality as per set norms.6. Compliance to all internal customer requests in terms of cost, delivery, quality & timeline.7. Plan and monitor MOUs and urgent customer requirements and minimize the backlogs within specific time frame.8. Proper planning and coordination with user departments.9. Coordinating in overall administration & project execution plans with subcontractors, project team & Project Managers.10. Detailed study of drawings and making changes in design as per requirement during project execution.11. Quality inspection of material and safety observation during job execution.12. All quality testing of soil, concrete, sand, aggregates, cement, bitumen, etc.13. Ensuring the works performed at site are in accordance with the details provided as per the contract specifications and conditions of contract for construction.14. Ensuring that machinery/equipment/materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.15. Monitoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.16. Reviewing progress of subcontracts and apprising management on financial, legal or technical issues & taking minutes of meeting for sending to the involved parties.17. Internal & external customer handling, measurement checking, bill preparation/checking, processing of extra items & order closure.
