With a background in accounting, and strong product knowledge from my time in Customer Support and being a consultant to firms in New Zealand and Canada, my role now is to educate and inform on the benefits of cloud and Xero.\\\\n\\\\nI create content in the form of scripts, webinars, video content, knowledge articles, as well as internal resources to help the team promote Xero in the industry. This includes working with cross functional teams, such as Product and Marketing for new feature releases.\\\\n\\\\nI have also been the go-to product demo person at various in person conferences and online webinars over a number of years for Xero Canada. Delivering a smooth product demo is one my favourite things to do.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
