My Objective is to gain knowledge and share knowledge mainly in Scientific and Technology arena which would lead to Real life Applications.At Biocon Biologics, IndiaAs Principal Scientist currently responsible for early and late stage characterization of challenging monoclonal antibodies and fusion protein, development of new LCMS method on Orbitrap LCMS, introduction of new novels LCMS techniques, planning cross functional deliverables. Training team members. At Biologics, Dr. Reddy\'s Laboratories, IndiaAs scientist my responsibility was product characterization using mass spectroscopic techniques. Within a short span of time, demonstrated strong technical depth and problem solving skills and played a pivotal role in the clone characterization of monoclonal antibody. Owing to effective planning skills, been able to manage several challenging projects within stringent timelines. Contributed quality product characterization data for multiple regulatory submissions. Overall contribution towards setting up the mass spectrometry platform methods for monoclonal antibodies characterization via art techniques such as MSE, IMS, ETD is noteworthy. Also training group/team members on the multiple new LCMS applications.
