ABOUT AVILASH DWIVEDI

As a passionate CSR and Sustainability professional, Avilash leads the CSR Function of Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd (Automotive and Farm Equipment Business) pan India level with two and half decades of experience. He is a certified CII Sustainability Award Assessor, Social Accountability (SA auditor and Practitioner on International Sustainability Standards including IFC (International Finance Corporation) Performance Standards and GRI frameworks. His vast experience includes grass-root level engagement, research, grant-making, partnership and stakeholder engagement across civil societies and global corporations in mining, metal, power and construction sector. Being an Ex-Gentleman Cadet of Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, Avilash actively engages in mentoring young talent for fostering leadership qualities in his personal capacity.He also contributes to several civil societies and institutions of repute in social domain and also has been member of Jury/Assessor for national level CSR awards. His passion includes playing keyboard, writing poems and mentoring youth as future leaders. He has been the recipient of various national and regional awards in the space of CSR and Sustainability. He was also recognized by the Government of Rajasthan for his notable contribution to Public Private Partnership in Sanitation and Literacy in Chittorgarh district of Rajasthan.Specialities: Sustainable Development Initiatives, GRI, Sustainability Assurance Practices, Strong Interpersonal Communication, Affirmative Action, Nurturing Social Leadership and Innovation & Trust Management from Governance Perspective
