We provide a nurturing environment for our highly-talented employees.Responsibilities:• Responsible for creating a strong pipe-line of candidates from various on-line resources ranging from Job boards, social networks and search engines.• Creating the job descriptions as per the requirement in to our recruitment portal, posting those requisitions to job boards, employee referral website and other internal site. Screening, short listing, scheduling, telephonic and face to face Interview conduction, sourcing candidates through job boards, other internet sites.• Sourcing of candidates with complex Boolean search strings, newsgroups, associations, niche & major job boards, blogs, & business networks.• Initial phone screen, confirming their go ahead on an e-mail prior to submission, follow up with onshore recruiters after submission, interview process and aim at final closure.• Rate negotiations, Relocation negotiation, participated in the market salary trends, hiring trends and the possibilities which help to hire skilled resources on time and with maximum profitability.• Reaching out to passive Candidates and headhunting.• Doing a quality check on CVs sourced and screened by Team Members and New hires.
