Being Engineering Lead & Risk Lead, responsible for leading the Pega CLM Level 3 support model within KYC & Onboarding platform to ensure the robust incident, problem resolution and production stability principles are followed for the systems.Responsible for anchoring and implementation of Pega Releases in Production Environments.Working Knowledge of enhancements in Pega 8.x, Pega PRPC, Databases and APIs for the applications. Experience and thorough understanding of business process management.Hands on Working knowledge on RHEL, SQL, API, Chef, Jenkins,Git hub, JBOSS, TomCat, XML, AppDynamics etc. Knowledge of AML, Security analysis and SAST tools like veracode, Nessus, PrismaSupport and Technical delivery of application problem records within the transaction cycle tower, Analyse, design, develop & maintain Onboarding CLM App - Implementation Management processes in production.Engineering best practices, Platform engineering, DevOps and Agile delivery for on-premises and Cloud adoption.Provide support for RTB engagement and escalations working on incident, PRs and L3 support Timely and accurate risk management for all open, new & potential risk (including risk evaluation & potential impact), all Governance aligned delivery & Audit activity (i.e. ORAC, BLIT, Risk Register & MCA reporting)• Drive Vulnerability compliance, including NESSUS, PRISMA, Veracode & PEN test, with a view to moving to a Satisfactory position and maintaining this in BAU.• Deliver regular, accurate vulnerability management, ensuring risk presented via vulnerabilities are understood, maintaining oversight on remediation plans with a focus on achieving these within priority SLA.• Drive the adoption of evergreen principles for aPaaS base images in Tower, to achieve compliant position on the aPaaS estate.• Regularly present an overview of *tower name* Estate Management performance (via ELF & TLM) to Accountable Tower Director, ensuring Estate compliance is tracked.
