Program Management professional and IT enabler in the domain of Classic and Generative AI, Industry 4.0, KBE/PLM/CAD Customization, 3D Graphics/Visualization and Mobility solutions. Architected “Knowledge Driven Interactive Machine Learning Framework” to provide Business solution in Engineering and Manufacturing domain, standardizing an end-to-end machine learning deployment across organization. More than 40+ ML applications have been developed and deployed in various functions like testing, quality, telematics, sales & marketing, predictive maintenance, manufacturing, warranty etc. Currently leading the Industry4.0 implementation drive for all mfg plants of Tata Motors. The scope being connecting shops, data acquisition, real time dashboards and alerts and advanced analytics using proprietary AI/ML Platform. Expert in Knowledge Based Engineering - KNEXT (in-house developed KBE kernel) and CAA based KBE Application development inside CatiaV5/V6. So far 80+ KBE applications implemented in the area of vehicle ergonomics, vision, safety, suspension etc, classified into 3 categories – Product Design, Optimization and Regulatory Analysis. Value Based Selling using Product Configurators on Online Sales Platform for Tata Commercial Vehicles with 3D visualization capability, which is currently in use in all Tata Dealerships across India. Managing global Tata Design Studios located in Pune, TMETC UK and TRILLIX ITALY. Alias-Teamcenter integration, Render Farm implementation and other productivity tools. 3D for All – A Project to discontinue 2D Drawings and to follow single master annotated 3D model created by designers. Adding dynamic behavior to DMU – CatiaV5/V6-To-JT by-directional translator development using CAA V5 and JT-Open APIs. Realistic Visualization – Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), 3D Stereoscopic Visualization.1. Awarded Gold medal for securing first class first rank in B. Tech degree course.
