Production Planning and control as per customer (project) requirements.• Over all responsible for achieve production target.• Assumes and Leads Complete Responsibility and Accountability of the Production / Manufacturing function and create smooth Production /manufacturing cycle of the Jobs.• Prepare process planning (Routing), loading & scheduling.• To Lead the Production /manufacturing and ensure coordination between Fabrication /Machine shop and Assembly for material and men to have effective internal customer satisfaction. • To also analyze Production/Manufacturing cycle time reduction Vis a Vis Plan versus actual.• To Execute and monitor material movement on the shop floor in the predetermined manner enabling optimum utilization of machine and men time.• Hand on experience in preparation 0f BOM.• Sound knowledge in different machining & fabrication process such as Boring, Milling, surface grinding, center less grinding and all other conventional machining.• Sound knowledge in Fabrication different with welding & cutting process such as Gas cutting, Plasma cutting Tig, Mag and Arc welding.• Hand on experience in preparation of Welding procedure specification (WPS) & Procedure Qualification record (PQR). • Sound knowledge in surface preparation such as Blasting (Grid), Painting (Airless gun).• Sound knowledge about Time study, Estimating & costing.• Experience in Vendor development & vendor rating.• Hand on experience in preparation Inspection Test Plan (ITP).• Good knowledge in NDT Testing.• Knowledge about ASME codes.• Hands on experience in assemble mechanical component.• In foundry, good knowledge regarding pattern development & molding process.• Hand on experience in implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001: Handling the administrative & commercial formalities such as negotiations with contractors & lab our regarding pricing.• Implementation of 5-S, Health & safety precautions.
