Then keep on reading!I strongly believe that great success must spread over time to make a true change and add significant value to the organisation. Therefore, a flexible and agile Procurement organisation is one of the main key drivers for successful organisations!Throughout my career at several positions with diverse focuses, I’ve maintained a high focus on communication and peoples skills to identify the key business characteristic and needs. By doing so, I’m not only able to generate the expected outcome from a Procurement professionals (e.g. cost savings), but rather improve on the not so obvious areas, which truly make a difference. No client is like the other, thus listening carefully (in between the words) and implementing the right approach to meet the business goals and expectations is what I strive for. And now what you’ve been waiting for: I started as a 3 weeks temporary workforce at a front desk before I first got my chance to join Procurement and Finance departments as admin support.
