About Avi Richman
I believe that education is the foundation upon which society is built. If we want healthy communities, low unemployment rates, and engaged citizens, we must improve the quality of our formal and informal education systems and invest in young people. I strive to do just this through my work as an educator, mentor, and researcher. I have been fortunate to work with amazing young people and professionals in extremely diverse communities from Nicaragua to New York City. I have worked alongside entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses, created youth development and education programs, and evaluated large-scale education projects.
