Currently I\'m working in Wipro client location Deloitte as Desktop Support L2 since Oct 21. Having 2 years and 6 month experience in Reliance Industries Ltd as a Engineer System managementBelow are the few points we do on daily basis. • Provide L2 support to End user and resolved issue on priority. • Resolving Hardware calls by coordinating with HP vendor and schedule part replacement if needed. • Resolving client application issue by coordinating with network team to allow specific port or IP address for smoothly work on office network. • Troubleshooting of LAN, Cisco IP phones, Wireless and network device. • Active Directory (AD) for creating hostname for new machine, reset user password and unlock account, provide bit locker bit recovery key. • Monitoring and handling VIP user calls on priority. • Handling video conferencing call request on daily basis (Cisco, Polycom, Zoom, WebEx) • Resolving tickets within SLA through ticketing tool (Service Now portal) • Maintaining compliance by working on non-compliant parameter to meet compliance standard. • Eliminating vulnerability by applying correct patch or removing obsoletes software. • Escalating compliance issue to concerned team for resolution. • Remotely resolving tickets and provide technical support through Skype, Teams, SCCM, LogMeIn. • Coordinating with Canon printer for any printer related query and resolved the issue. • Work with Progility Team to ensure all VC rooms and meeting room device work properly and maintain back up for every device.
